No Return Policy
- At FITSO Life, all our products are food items and are prepared with strict quality and hygiene standards.
- For this reason, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.
Replacements (If Something goes wrong)
- We’ve got you covered in case of genuine issues.
Replacement is applicable only if:
- Product is damaged during delivery
- Wrong product is delivered
- Package is tampered
To request a replacement:
- Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
- Share a clear unboxing video as proof
- Without valid proof, we may not be able to process the request.
Refund Policy
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we process the refund within 3–5 business days.
- Credit Timeline: The funds will appear in your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible

- We may cancel an order in cases such as:
- Product unavailable
- Payment issues
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
- If payment has been made, it will be fully refunded.
Important Notes
- No returns on opened or used products
- Replacement requests without proof will not be accepted
- Taste preference or personal liking is not a valid reason for replacement
- Product images & packaging are subject to representation, actual product image & packaging may vary
7. Replacement delivery
- Replaced product will be delivered with in 3-7 days
